I would use the money to buy groceries for my family….seven people in household….very hard times 🙁

$ 50 doesn’t go very far these days. I would split it 3 ways with my 2 kids. That would be $ 16.65 each. I would get dinner, 1- would buy books, the other would save it.

It’s good to see people still remember what we are supposed to do with the first part of their increase.But to awswer the question.Unless the money came as a direct result of a prayer request,or otherwise directed by the Holy Spirit,I would take my wife out to dinner for a date.She deserves it.

I would buy a backpack for my grandson. He started first grade this year and feels ‘left out’ because he’s the only one in his class without a backpack. After buying him school clothes, there was no money left and I couldn’t afford one. I felt that a new outfit and pair of shoes was more important than a backpack, but not in a 1st graders eyes, I guess! Thank you.

Keep it in my pocket and go prove how a whole day being with my daughter would be worth more than the dam money in my pocket. 50$ wouldnt make a significant difference in my selfinflincted unfortunate accumilated debt so i wouldnt pay a bill… but it would feel so good to know i have just enough to eat, put gas in my car, and not really be “broke.” I WOULD FINALLY BE HAPPY For a whole day. Whats the purpose of life if u cant have one happy, worry and stress free, love sharing, day with someone who deserves and needs it.all those financial issues and needs could be negotiated with those 50$ later

If I received a surprise $50 I would use it to help pay for one of my prescriptions I cannot afford that is $95 on my medicare plan. I need it but after picking up $340 of prescriptions yesterday, I had to leave 2 of them behind because of the cost. I will probably have to give up more of them because being on disability doesn’t pay much & being a cancer patient now for 2 yrs has bankrupted me.

Use the discount cards for meds jyst have someone google it sometimes some antibiotics sell cheaper online, make sure they pick somewhat reputable good history websites, or ask nurses or any staff at any hospital of any local programs. Or sources that helpi pay for prescriptions. Mention the cancer hell carry pics that prove it, ask your bank, apply for grants to help you research your medical conditions. Thats what id do anyway…im sorry u have cancer

Jenny, go to salvation army ask if theyi know ofi yearly programms that are donations that givei kids money and volunteer that helps shop for back to school clothesand osupplies at supporting retailors.kiwanis sponsored this in carson city nv at mervyns when i worked there. Plan b use any friends who work at retail stores that sell back packs and ask them to buy it for your son so they could use there employee discount and knowledge of best sale promotions or other discounts. Nevercame accept less than 50% off for any new merchandise anywhere, sometimes applying for their credit cards may give discounts whether or not ure approved. Good deals online too for discounts for buying online instead if oerson at the same stores. CAPITAL ONE approves people with not so good credit not saying u have bad but i do and use it wisely to avoid interest

No one should pay much if anything for food. COSTCO or winco as last resort. Some energy and gas providers offer programs that pay utility bills or reduce them big time for large households like nvenergy which also gives credit orcards pays for used refriderators or washers dryers..wicprogram, tanf at the wellfare office, use employees for employee discounts as a gift from them to u”prepaid or raincheck” foodbanks, grants, use the power of internet!

Always check if cellphone carriers give discounts for your employer, especially ask restaurants and apartment leasing office, car insurance companies especially if u work at a hospital. ATT uverse offers reward cards for up to 250$1000 u could use as a credit card almost anywhere for signing up for thier cable internet phone packages in certain areas locations whichin nw reno include hundreds of free recent movies series, dvr, hd channels, hbo stars and cinemax with football and other sport packages included, wifi, internet packages based on ur needs, multiview ability, watch and control ur cable on your cell

Check email, view online pics, u get the picture for contract and non contacts for under 100$my a month…allways ask if theres any other discounts because dam ud b surprised and thats for anything anywhere but especially car insurance and utilities and services referrals sometimes pay too, allways read smallprint research ask take advantage, bad credit goodcredit u can buy a houseand a car just as easily trust me i did it, but think hard get good
insurance make sure its exactly what works helps u now and years to come for sure

I asked dieing people to pick my lotto numbers they died i have six havent played them…maybe theoretically they had better luck ill give any remaining funds if i won to the person who goes with me if i win id only need 300000 to pay my still appreciated but guilt concious outstanding debt and college education. Or 50,000 just for education if bankruptcy took care of the rest. Just sayn…hope my info helps some of yall…and remember u could be me outcourced, hungry, and restrained from getting education sooner…or it can get worse or be better than u thought

I would use it to put gas in my car (I literally cried filling my tank last week, because I knew I was using the mortgage money – gas is $4.18 a gallon here). I would also be able to stop the electric company from turning off my electricity. Tough times indeed for us single moms trying to make ends meet.
