The MillionairesMoney.com website was setup in 2008. The philanthropist behind the website has a heart to help people and wanted to try and do something no one else was doing online for individuals.

The mission the philanthropist has for this website is:
1. To be a resource to help people in a financial challenge, offering direct and indirect help.
2. To be a resource for information that may help individuals financially.

Over the years we have had many many challenges. There have been many things we have wanted to do for you but were not able to. While we wish the philanthropist had unlimited resources to help everyone, that just is not the case.

.

The thing right now that is and has always been a disappointment are the people that continually complain or call us a scam. We have not ever required you to give us one single penny. We have never even requested your detailed personal contact information outside of a email address or phone number (we request addresses only for awards). Yet in people call us a scam. This behavior makes the philanthropist want to shut the website down all together.

Things we “want” to do:
1. Offer everyone notifications via email about your requests. (Many of you have requested an email notification instead of the way we use the calendar cycle method)
2. On site live support if you have a challenge with submitting your request. (We tried this before in 2008 and it failed and took up huge amount of time because people would not follow directions)
3. Have an open community where everyone can help each other as well. (We started the Community Connection to get you to share information that was in your local area that may be helpful to someone in your area. That did not work as we would have liked. All we can guess is that people are more interested in “give me, give me, give me” than, saying here is some information that can help someone else that I came across.)

We need everyone to imagine being in the shoes of the staff that are trying to help yet they have to deal with all the problems that go along with this mission the philanthropist has. Thankfully no one has quit in all this time.

MillionairesMoney.com plan goal moving forward (2013 and beyond):
1. Offer email notifications regarding request approvals or non-approvals within 15-20 days of submitting. (2013 Launch)
2. Get you more involved with our community connection (now moved to facebook – another word about that later)
3. Possibly try the online live support.
4. Provide increased direct and indirect help to you.

Now on to facebook, not 24hrs after launching we have people complaining on facebook. What a disappointment to us and in addition to the complaining someone was questioning if we are scamming them. And again, how are you being scammed when we have not asked you for any money, SSN, address, nothing. We ask you “how can we help you” yet you call us a scam. All the negative comments have been deleted because negative energy can spread, just like positive energy. We are into positive things.

We want Facebook to be the new location for community connection. If you are aware of any location food, clothing and housing agencies in your locate area, we would like you to share that information on various posts we will set aside for that. Remember, the philanthropist is not someone with unlimited resources. We need your help as well.

In closing, we are extremely sympathetic to your needs. Please understand that this website just can not give everyone direct support (a direct financial award), that is why we try to provide possible indirect help. Moving forward we ask you to get involved and share resources you know about. The resource you have may help someone else and the resource they have may help you if we were not able to award your request.
