Re: Free Gift Available To All Post Oct. 2

By Recommend Post

Before you start reading this post please, please know that this post is not meant to beat you up in any way. It is in response to some of the comments we received that we did not approve.

In the post from yesterday entitled “A Free Gift Available For All That Read,” the purpose of the posting was to first make you aware of the free gift from God if you did not know about it and secondly if you had not received the gift show you how to receive it.

Many of you may have read the post and said to yourself something like the following:

  • Why are they posting this, I came here to get financial help I am hurting – give me money…
  • Are they trying to push religion on he here, I don’t even believe in God…
  • I need help paying my bills, where has God been…

If you thought anything like what you just read I want you take and stop for a moment and think.

If you have not had time for God, if the only time you consider him is when you are in trouble, why would you expect him to come running when you have a challenge? You don’t even know him. Think for a moment, you wouldn’t come running to the rescue of someone that had no time for you and treated you like that…

You may be saying well I have not forgot about him. I serve him, I love him, I pray everyday, etc. Well have you done this:

Proverbs 3:6 “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

That simple act of acknowledging God “before” not “after” we act can save us from a world of hurt. So did you acknowledge God “before” doing what you did that may have caused the financial issues you are facing? That includes seeking him about the job you may have just lost.

Are you praying everyday, “God please get me out of this financial mess?” I am here to tell you right now stop praying that prayer. You read that right, stop praying that prayer. God is not a magician; stop looking for magic tricks. What you need from God is wisdom. You need him to guide you and let you know what you need to do to resolve your issue.

James 1:5 “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”

Another thing, God has instructed us to cast our cares [worries, concerns] on Him because he cares for us. You must stop trying to figure things out on your own all the time. Ask God for wisdom, he will give it to you. As long as you are trying to work out your problem God will stay out of your way. He told you to give it to him so if you choose not to it is your problem to handle.

Let me illustrate this for you. You are on a road trip with a friend and you are driving. The problem is you are getting really tired and feel like you can’t make it. So your friend says to you, I will drive for you so you can rest. But you say no, no I have to drive, I will make it. Then 10 miles down the road you start drifting off the road because you can’t make this trip on your own. So your friend says again, I will drive, and again you say no I will have to somehow wake myself up and do this on my own.

Now that example should be clear. You would not keep driving if someone with you were ready to drive. God wants to help you. He wants to drive but you keep saying no I have it, I can make it.

Cast the care on him. Let him drive.

1 Peter 5:”7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”

You may say that you don’t believe in God. Well who do you believe in, yourself?

Well if you submitted a request on this website for assistance, I guess “yourself” isn’t doing to well. Yourself is not able to take care of you. You may want to reconsider your belief regarding God.

During these challenging economic time you will need God in your life. He is the only one that will be able to help you through. So no God no hope. You have to make the decision.

You can play like you have a relationship with him or you can have a real one. The choice is yours to make.

This post may seem harsh to some but we are here to help you in more than just your finances. You can make it out of your financial issues faster if you rely on the help from God. The philanthropist seeks guidance from God on who to help once they make it pass the initial phase.

Have a great weekend.

This Scripture, means a lot to me,…when we surrender our lives to our Father, and to Jesus,..He takes over and knows what we need. You are a wonderful person, and truly by their fruits you will know them I pray that all that read this site, will come away with renewed faith

“Seek the LORD while He may be found, call Him while He is near. Let the scoundrel forsake his way, and the wicked man his thoughts; Let him turn to the Lord for mercy; to our God, who is generous in forgiving. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, says the LORD. As high as the heavens are above the earth so high are My ways above your ways and My thoughts above your thoughts. Just as rain and snow descend from the skies and don’t come back until they’ve watered the earth, doing their work of making things grow and blossom, producing seed for farmers and food for the hungry, so will the words that come out of My mouth, not come back empty-handed. They will do the work I sent them to do, they will complete the assignment I gave them (Isa. 55:6-11 “

God is GOOD, all the time. No matter what you are going through, he will never leave us and that is why we should always remember him, through good times and in bad.
I pray many blessing upon all those in need!

Thak you for reminding me about this. I pray this every day.

I agree. Some People seems to forget the Giver… They always seek for the “gifts”. It is my prayer they will be enlightened… Must seek first the Giver.. If you have the Giver… YOU have everything!

There is one scripture I remind myself of at least every other day and it is actually an inscription on my check books as well. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Yes we are going through hard economic times but as stated, without our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, where would we all be? To the non-believers, I am sorry you feel the way you do and will pray for your salvation but as a fellow christian steward, our first duty to God is to help others acheive salvation with the Lord and the rest will follow. We all must remember that patience is a virtue and not everything can be handed to you when you feel like you need it right now.

This post is awesome. As is our God. I pray for those who don’t understand the power of God. Delighting yourself in the Lord is the best feeling anyone could ever have. There is a peace in knowing that you have a Father who will take care of you if you go to Him, not seeking His hand, but seeking His FACE. God is my provider. He makes provision for me when HE allows or ordains it to be so. Whatever vessel He allows me to interact with, I say so be it. If God were to never do another thing for me, I know that I can just think about all He has ALREADY done, and that will get me over. As I am here in Germany ministering to a people who are for the most part, lost and lack understanding, I know that God is real. The seeds that God has allowed me to plant are germinating in these people. People who have never had a relationship with God, or lost all belief in God are finding their way back to Him. I have been coming to Germany ministering the gospel through song for almost a decade now. I even founded a german gospel choir. Yesterday the choir had a concert. In that concert, there was an elderly woman who was the aunt of one of the members of the German choir. She had been following me around for about 3 months. Wherever I would sing, she would come to hear me. Well, after the concert. She gave a small testimony of how she helped children during the holocaust in Hitler’s time and through what this man had done, she lost her faith in God. But she said because she could feel the presence of God whenever I opened my mouth to sing, she now started to believe again. She said I was the first person she had ever met who made her feel the presence of God. I planted the seed in her and I praise God that the seed was germinating. Now she is ready again to build her relationship with God. The seed is ready to start growing. That’s the awesomeness of God. Not Timothy. I am grateful for every opportunity I can have to sing for Him and to compel men(mankind) to salvation through my ministry. I know I don’t have to worry, no matter how difficult it may get NOT TO Worry. No matter what situation I am in, I am content. Although I am content, I am also one of the applicants who asked for financial assistance because the Word of God also says that faith without works is dead and to ask (believing) or else I won’t get. I asked, and I am going about my life and when God gives it, that’s when I’ll get it. He said He would if I asked so that settles it. No need to keep harping on it. He’s not a man that He should lie. All His promises are ye and amen. God knows what I need and when I need it most. I am ministering through song to a non-religious/unsaved/non-christian people but my motto is: ministry doesn’t follow money but money follows ministry. To the philanthropist of this site. Keep ministering….. You think you are blessed and living in the overflow NOW, wait until you start getting an overflow of messages from applicants who have accepted Christ through what you posted. He who wins souls is wise. Your reward is greater than you could ever imagine. What you have now is NOTHING compared to what God is about to give you for your obedience! Obedience is always better than sacrifice. My final thoughts: For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed in us! Thank you again. Be blessed.

Surrender is the key word. Remember our trials in life may not be just learn something but to un-learn something.
    God Bless.

I am glad I came to this website. Every Sunday that I go to Church, our Pastor says basically all of the same things to us. After I got Baptized into the Baptist religion and start listening to the spoken “Word” a lot of things in my life changed. I realized that I could not do it on my own and I know exactly what you are talking about. Once you accept Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you have to turn everything over to Him and let him take the lead. I know if I just keep believing in Him, I will be okay. I will tell anyone the same thing. Don’t just pray; but believe in what you pray and know what you really want and ask for exactly that. Thank you and may God bless everyone affiliated with this website.

    Your Sister in Christ!

I have always taught my children to seek the Lord before you need him. Like a loving parent, He is always there, and you have to trust that what He knows is best. During the hard times, He doesn’t leave, but guides. I am rich in His love and care.

Yes scripture is a wonderful way of learning God’s Word. Fellowship is maybe if not a better way of learning God’s Word. A church isn’t a building for it is a flock of Angels brought together to learn about Scripture and what it can do for you. The church are the people that study and know the word. No the Lord will not give us money to pay our bills! He provides us direction in order to take ourselves financially by teaching discipline and tithing. Everyone that has posted a reply before me has provided good scriptures. Are we learning from these examples? I can’t speak for anyone else, I can only speak for myself and my spouse. I will not give that response for it changes on a daily basis. My husband has been off work for three weeks because of an illness that nearly killed him. I’ve been doing some small odd jobs to get by while I look for a permenant job. It’s my fault that we’re in this financial situation. Can anyone else admit to that? I agree with the Website managing team that we can not blame God or anyone else for what we do to ourselves in the first place!! Some way some how things will work out, how I’m not sure just yet. All I do know is this is almost to the bottom of the barrel for us and it’s going to a slow rise to the top to get out from where we are. Both of our cars are bad enough shape that it’s going to be hard to get them fixed. I can do it, but I don’t have the tools or the parts or the garage to repair them. One car has been sitting in front of our house since my husband was in the hospital and now since he’s been home because it doesn’t start. The other car needs a transmission, a van transmission….so I will continue to pray for a sign from our Lord that things will come to the rise of the barrel and we’ll be fine. As Phil 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” We will!
