As our June 1st approach is nearing, we want to share with you some changes that will take place.

  1. 30 Days request reward cycles
    Learning from the past, we have decided to run all requests in 30 day cycles. Here is how it will work. Example: If you make a request June 1 to June 30, requests will be reviewed, and those that are going to be awarded will receive their award July 1 to July 31. Read more →

I wanted to personally wish everyone visiting this website a Happy New Year!

I have some plans in the works to start accepting request in 2009 to help people with their basic needs. While I originally did not want to stop accepting requests, changes needed to be made to better serve you and assist you as well as ease the pressures on our side.

I look forward to the new year and hope you will return to the website from time to time to see what’s going on here.

Requests For Assistance Being Received From Philanthropist

We are receiving new requests as of today Friday, August 15, 2008.

The philanthropist has instructed me to post the following information:
If you have not yet received a call from a staff member concerning your request as of today, you will need to resubmit your request. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is something we must do.

The questionnaire questions are about the same, however we have had a special algorithms programmed in that will look at how you answer the questions. When it looks at your answers it generates an output that helps us quickly sort through requests. We still manually check things but the new feature will help, we hope.

You will receive an email confirmation that your request was received. Be sure you type the correct email address.

Please note, if your request falls into anything described in the philanthropists previous post there is no need for you to resubmit your request as it will be rejected.

This website has not even been officially launched a month yet and we are absolutely back logged.

It is finally official – we have launched!

You may now click on the “request assistance” link to make your request for assistance as long as it is a “true need” and you follow the guidelines.

We hope to help many people in a variety of ways from this website.

The philanthropist behind the website has plans to provide some people the opportunity to make money working for (him or her). Individuals will have to meet certain requirements. This work opportunity will be several months away from now so stay tuned. Individuals will be able to come to the website and complete a questionnaire application about their individual need. The submission will be reviewed and if it meets the requirements to receive an award, the individual will be contacted to discuss how the award will be disbursed.

According to the philanthropist, “with the current economic conditions some people just need a little help to catch up and get back on their feet. I intend to help as many of these people as I can. I am also forming strategic partnerships to not only give a person a fish but teach them to fish for themselves. That type of help is lasting.”
